Confidence: Always a Good Fit
Dress for the job you want. As I have written before, people
will judge you like a book. So you have to look the part for the job/relationship
you want! This is especially true when trying to find a mate. In order to get
what you want you have to dress the part and exude the vibes you are looking to
attract. Misery loves company and I don’t know about you but I don’t want to be
with someone who is miserable! So you have to focus on getting you right!
First things first, you don’t have to be naked to get a man.
Period. The sexiest thing you could possibly wear is a sexy . . . confident . .
. SMILE. So let’s start with that. Love yourself. If you can’t love you, how
can you expect others to? We are all different. You will not look like the
girl/boy on the magazine so get over it. Figure out how to make you better. Maybe
this is getting in shape, maybe this is finding a career that you find fulfilling,
or maybe it’s finding a hobby you think is fun! Whatever it is, go find it and
enjoy your own self.
Second, OMG ladies, fellas, PLEASE for the love of life,
wear clothes that fit! Like forget the size letter/number, if it doesn’t fit,
it doesn’t look good! I'm a size 9 pants, squeezing into some stretchy 5’s with
my fat flowing over is not going to attract anything but laughs! Now I see
these hot messes out there, strutting and trying to appear confident but boo
boo, no one is going to pull out the tags of your clothes to see your sizes.
Wear what looks good on you, no matter what size the tag says! The more
comfortable you feel, the more the radiance of your confidence can shine
through.
Third, you don’t need a million dollars to have your hair
looking good! Go check out the local beauty supply store and get your hair
looking right! There are all kinds of products and oils to get your hair
looking healthy. If you don’t have hair, these days you can buy some! Go check
out the blog by my home girl Brittany to get tips on making your wig/weave look
good. http://unfilteredgrind.blogspot.com/2015/04/diva-on-dime.html
The doors of life will open for you once you start this road
to self-improvement. Don’t get discouraged, you can do it! There’s no pressure
or timeline for you. You just have to wake up one day and decide that you will
be better than you were yesterday and find the strength to do it!
